Exchange request
Can the product be exchanged or replaced?
We can issue replacement in case you receive a product that is damaged/defective. In such a case, you need to inform us within 7 days of the product at our email address zapewear@gmail.com
Any exchange or replacement approved, the item will be picked up and a new product will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Exchange Process
In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed, the standard timeline for the refund is 3 to 7 working days).
This fee has to be paid at the time of raising an exchange request.
Once the fee has been paid, the exchange gets approved on the backend based on the details provided.
Once the exchange is approved, a pickup for the exchanged item will take place.
Note: Since we use third party logistics, if a reverse pickup might not be possible due to non-serviceable pincode, in such a case, the customer will have to ship the product back to us. Any exchange charges paid to us, shall be refunded by us in this case.
Once the exchanged item reaches us, we will dispatch the replacement item.
