• Ensure your skin is dry & clean
• Cover your nipple with a pasties.
• Cut the desired length of tape
• Gently peel off the protective sticker on one end and place the tape on your skin.
• Lift your breast in the desired position and continue applying the tape, smoothing it out in position.

Removal:

Soak the tape with body lotion or coconut oil for 5-7 minutes and then gently peel it off while supporting your skin with the other hand. Do not rip it off the skin. Wipe off any residual adhesive with coconut oil.

Things to keep in mind:

- We recommend a patch test if you’re using adhesive tapes for the first time.

- Do not apply directly on the nipple. Use our Pasties on the nipple before applying tape.

- No returns or exchanges are accepted on body essential products due to hygiene reasons.
